In addition to providing a comprehensive update of new material, the seminar will simultaneously serve as a comprehensive refresher for those persons who have not had an opportunity to attend an arrest, search and seizure review and update for a number of years. All attendees will receive a comprehensive written manual containing all of the materials covered. For New Jersey attorneys, this program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 13.6 hours of total CLE credit.
